How to order
Go to "Lamps & jewellery", select amount and click on "Buy",
or write and edit directly on the order form on this page.
Then fill in your name, postal address and email address.
The email address is used when sending the order confirmation and dispatch notification.
You can also send your order in an ordinary letter. You will find my address at the bottom of this page.
Terms of purchase
Delivery
If I have the products in stock, they will be sent within 2 working days, otherwise after about 1 week (provided payment has been made).
There will be an estimated time of dispatch on the order confirmation.
Delivery is made by parcel post or by letter (packet, big letter), depending on size and weight.
Payment
Prices include Value Added Tax.
Postage is added to the order, select "Europe" or "Outside Europe",
the order form will show the postage and way of delivery, parcel or letter.
Payments are made through PayPal. Wait for the order confirmation before you pay.
There will be a payment button on the order confirmation, that will take you to
PayPal where you can pay securely online using your bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance.
Returns
Should you, after receiving your parcel, change your mind and wish to return the products, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. This is provided that they are unused and undamaged.
You pay the return postage. The goods must be well packed and returned with no costs attached.
The money you paid for the product (but not the return postage) will then be returned as soon as the goods arrives here.
Please note that should you for some reason choose not to collect your parcel, it will be returned here and all costs for postage both ways and other fees, if any, will be charged to you.
Should the goods have been damaged during transport to you, report this immediately to the responsible postal or freight service.
Non-EU countries:
On orders delivered to non-EU countries the Value Added Tax is deducted,
20% will be taken off the price (except for the postage).
The order confirmation will show the price to pay, so do not pay until you have received the confirmation.
Please note that on deliveries outside of the EU you may have to pay custom fees or taxes to your local authorities when receiving your goods.
Electrical
Lamp sockets, plugs etc. that come with the lamps are according to european standard.
If this is not useful where you live or if you for any other reason would like to
aquire the electrical equipment locally, you can buy the lamps without electrical parts.
These lamps will not be CE-marked.
The price will be deducted by 7 US Dollars (or the equivalent) per lamp.
You can use the message field on the order form to let me know your requirements.
